Job Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative assistance to our Diverse Learning Lead, teacher aides, support staff, and students as required. This role is part of the Diverse Learning Team.

This is a busy team environment that supports the needs of students and families across the College by providing the link to Diverse Learning. The successful candidate will be the face of the College to the Grace Community at our Rothwell Campus.

We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational skills, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changeable information, and a high level of interpersonal skills perfect for working in a busy team with much student contact.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma qualification or equivalent experience and knowledge, Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card), and demonstrated high-level competence using Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams/SharePoint.

Additional desirable qualifications include knowledge of TASS and experience within a School setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Diverse Learning Lead, teacher aides, support staff, and students as required.
  • Support the needs of students and families across the College by providing the link to Diverse Learning.
  • Be the face of the College to the Grace Community at our Rothwell Campus.
Requirements
  • Diploma qualification or equivalent experience and knowledge.
