This Customer Relationship Manager role presents an exciting opportunity to join our innovative company and take on a leadership position within our commercial sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or a related field and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.

In addition to your sales expertise, you will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Provide regular updates to the National Sales Manager on sales performance and progress against targets
