Role Overview

The ideal candidate will assess customer financial situations, propose solutions to maximize recoveries, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement debt recovery strategies, including payment plans, skip tracing, and liaison with external agencies.
  • Develop and document effective collections processes to foster a best-practice culture.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions related to each account.
  • Build strong relationships with management and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, including NCCP Act, Privacy Act, ASIC guidelines, and AML/KYC requirements.
