Job Description

We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our Home Care workforce in Launceston, Tasmania. As a Home Care Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our aged community members living in the area.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest. You will work closely with our team to deliver personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A caring personality and ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and/or relevant experience in the aged care sector
  • A current Driver's License and willingness to use your vehicle for work-related tasks
