We are looking for a skilled data expert to help us develop a health workforce supply and demand modeling tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques and experimental methods to develop technological solutions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain complex mathematical models to monitor demand and analyze behavior.
  • Undertake comprehensive data analysis, interpretation, and investigation of large datasets.
  • Presents data and complex numerical information in a clear and concise manner and communicates statistical concepts to senior and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst or data scientist with expertise in algorithms and statistical methods.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with analytics programming languages and tools, particularly R (Shiny experience is highly desirable).
  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to handle large datasets.
  • Qualifications in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Strong practical experience across areas such as scientific programming and simulation, statistical modeling, and behavioral analytics.
  • Strong data wrangling, visualization, and analysis skills.
  • Professional commitment and skills to maintain code quality.

Please note that we require strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience working independently and as part of a team to achieve results.
