About the Opportunity

As a Medical Typist at our organisation, you will work in a dedicated team within the Toowoomba Laboratory.

Hours of coverage vary between 6:00 am starts and 20:00 pm finishes, Monday to Friday on a rotational basis. Some weekend and overtime work may be required from time to time.

You should have a good working knowledge of medical terminology and previous experience in histological office procedures is desirable. A minimum typing speed of 80 words per minute is required for this role.

Excellent communication skills together with an enthusiastic and flexible attitude to the working environment are essential.
