We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join our team, supporting our daily operations and scaling our business without friction.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Executive Support & Prioritization
    • Manage and optimize schedules for leadership, ensuring time is spent on the highest-impact work.
    • Handle administrative tasks, travel, expenses, and inbox triage, keeping leaders focused on big-picture priorities.
    • Proactively remove friction, ensuring leadership has the context and support they need to operate efficiently.
    • Manage confidential and high-stakes matters with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Office & Operations Management
    • Own the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
    • Manage vendors, office supplies, and facilities, keeping the workspace well-functioning and organized.
    • Coordinate team events, offsites, and internal gatherings, ensuring smooth execution.
    • Ensure internal processes are efficient and scalable, constantly identifying ways to improve.
  • Problem-Solving & Execution
    • Be a proactive fixer—when you see a problem, you take ownership and solve it.
    • Juggle multiple priorities with ease, ensuring that urgent matters are handled while long-term projects stay on track.
    • Work autonomously and take initiative—we don't micromanage, and we need someone who thrives with responsibility.
    • Own special projects that help us scale and improve team efficiency.
  • Culture & Team Support
    • Be a positive force within our organization, bringing a can-do attitude and ensuring the team feels supported.
    • Be the go-to person for getting things done, from logistical support to streamlining internal operations.
    • Genuinely care about the people and mission, helping build a high-performance and supportive environment.
