About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Implementation Consultant. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our new rostering system, working closely with our Residential Aged Care Homes in NSW, ACT and WA.

As part of this role, you will deliver training to staff, develop technical knowledge of the rostering system and support the change management process at each Aged Care Home.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and presentation skills, who can effectively drive successful outcomes by using effective change management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training to staff on the use of our new rostering system
  • Develop technical knowledge of the rostering system
  • SUPPORT the change management process at each Aged Care Home
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training in an adult learning environment
  • Experience using rostering systems and software such as UKG Pro WFM - highly advantageous
  • Experience with change management practices
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to build rapport and strong relationships quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current Driver's License and commitment to significant periods of travel across NSW, ACT and WA
