At My Guardian, our mission is to deliver exceptional care services to individuals of all ages and abilities. We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate support professionals to join our team as Home Care Workers.

This role involves assisting clients with their daily activities, including accompanying them during meals, transfers, and personal care tasks such as grooming, dressing, and showering. Support workers will also be responsible for assisting clients with their mobility, performing housekeeping duties, and arranging social activities to promote companionship and friendship.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A valid NDIS Clearance and Police Check
  • A valid Working with Children's Check
  • Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (desired)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Driver's License
