About the Role:

MediRecruit is seeking a skilled Graduate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Brighton. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive work environment.

You will be working with a diverse caseload of private practice clients, utilizing a wide range of physiotherapy treatment modalities to provide client-driven, evidence-based therapy services. Our established team is committed to ongoing professional development, ensuring you receive regular education and networking sessions, as well as access to an online learning platform covering various clinical and non-clinical topics.

The role includes a fantastic graduate program featuring weekly 1:1 supervision, peer supervision, and in-house professional development opportunities. You will also have the chance to participate in case reviews, group discussions, and structured induction and onboarding processes.

A permanent full-time position is available, with part-time options considered. The attractive remuneration package includes potential for commission after completion of the graduate program, as well as ongoing career progression with mentoring and professional development plan reviews and goal setting.

About You:

  • Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated caring, confident, and professional manner, including professional correspondence and record-keeping
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • Solid commitment to growing your clinical skills and knowledge
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current driver's licence
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
