Warehouse Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Team Member to join our team. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse.

The Role:

  • Operating counterbalance and highreach forklifts.
  • Loading palletised freight onto conveyer belts.
  • Loading White Goods, furniture, and electronics onto conveyer belts.
  • Conveyer Belt work including loading and unloading of goods.
  • Scanning of incoming goods.
  • Palletising freight for easy movement.
  • Shrink wrapping to protect goods during transport.

Requirements:

  • A valid forklift ticket is essential.
  • You will have previous warehouse experience.
  • Loading experience with white goods and furniture is an advantage.
  • Post code knowledge is necessary.
  • You will have experience sorting local, country and interstate freight.
  • You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must have excellent WHS knowledge.
  • You will need to work autonomously as well as in a team.
