Seasonal Car Park Attendants Wanted

We're seeking friendly and reliable team members to support our car park, concierge and valet services during the festive season.

Job Description

As a Valet Parking and Car Park Attendant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers. Your duties will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and experience
  • Greeting and assisting customers on arrival and departure from the centre
  • Supporting valet services by opening car doors and assisting guests as they exit their vehicles
  • Safely parking and handling customer vehicles with care and efficiency (Valet roles only)
  • Maintaining smooth traffic flow throughout our car parks
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A full open driver's licence (Manual, Auto, or International)
  • The ability to work well under pressure and provide excellent customer service
  • Confident communication skills
