This full-time role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, operating various welding equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate custom metal products\
  • Operate various welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders, to join metal components\
  • Cut, bend, and shape metal components using hand and power tools\
  • Finalize products by grinding, sanding, and polishing metal surfaces\
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment\
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize fabrication processes\
  • Evaluate all work completed to the highest quality standards and on schedule\

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in metal fabrication, welding, and manufacturing, preferably within the stainless steel or similar industry\
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications\
  • Proficiency in operating a variety of welding equipment, hand, and power tools\
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship\
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team\
