Cyber Threat Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished threat intelligence professional to join our cybersecurity team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering actionable threat intelligence solutions, collaborating closely with data scientists, SOC engineers, and SOC analysts.
\Key Responsibilities\- \
- Develop and continuously evolve threat analysis strategies to proactively identify malicious activities within customer environments based on observed data insights.\
- Collaborate with the larger SOC team and customers to investigate and report malicious cyber activities, providing in-depth analysis for stakeholders.\
- Build and contribute to threat analysis and/or hunting programs, ideally within a SOC environment.\
- Work with security-oriented data sources (e.g., SIEM logs, threat intelligence platforms) and apply data normalisation and correlation techniques.\
- Apply big data tools and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Elasticsearch, or Kafka) for large-scale data analysis.\
- Apply a security-oriented and problem-solving mindset to understand why hackers hack, paired with a determined approach to preventing and detecting threats.\
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and their mitigation techniques.\
- Provide expert-level advice and guidance to colleagues and customers on threat intelligence best practices.\\(\/ul>\Requirements\

- Solid understanding of cyber threats and the threat intelligence lifecycle, with proven experience in identifying, analysing, and mitigating malicious online activities.\
