Experienced Educator Wanted for Casual Childcare Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Centacare's Neighbourhood Childcare Centre in Windsor.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging recreational and educational experiences that promote children's well-being and foster a love of learning.
- Establish a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment that encourages children to thrive.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
- Promote the service within the local community, reflecting Catholic Early EdCare's values and philosophy.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification, or be studying towards this goal.
- Possess a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
- Have a passion for working with children aged 6 months to Kindergarten in a play-based learning environment.
- Excel in workplace communication and interpersonal skills.
