Coles Store Manager Accelerator Program

Our retail leadership accelerator program is a career-defining opportunity for passionate leaders to transform into our next generation of store managers.

Grow your career as a retail leader with a place in our Coles Store Manager Accelerator program.

The Store Manager Accelerator Program has been created for high-potential candidates to have accelerated progression into a Store Manager role. As part of a close-knit cohort, participants will experience hands-on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching.

Through this program, we aim to increase the level of female representation in leadership roles in our stores and achieve substantive equality for women in leadership roles over time.

Successful candidates are expected to start the 6-month blended work and tailored development program in the coming months.

On successful completion of the program, you will be fully prepared for your appointment as a Store Manager leading one of our supermarkets. In this highly autonomous role, you will have significant profit-and-loss accountability together with the chance to stretch your leadership capability as you manage upwards of 100+ employees.

You'll receive post-program support and the opportunity for further progression throughout the group to continue to fuel your passion for a career in retail.
