Our Heritage Services Team
We are seeking a motivated team member to assist our community in connecting with history while safeguarding our heritage collection.
The successful applicant will work closely with visitors and researchers, providing exceptional customer service and supporting archival work including cataloguing, digitising, and preserving items.
About the Role:
- Assist visitors and researchers to access and understand our heritage collection.
- Support archival work, including cataloguing, digitising, and preserving items.
- Respond to research enquiries online and in person.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service every day.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have strong customer service skills and a people-first approach. You should also be comfortable with digital systems, databases, and technology.
A Victorian Certificate of Education (or equivalent) is required for this position.
