Professional Behavioural Support Specialist

- Support clients with complex needs through assessment and planning.
- Develop evidence-based support plans in challenging situations.
- Enhance skills of those supporting clients - family, carers, friends, etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication, influence, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Detailed writing abilities.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Registration with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or significant experience providing support to people with challenging behaviours.
- Relevant qualifications for delivering supports to individuals with challenging behaviours are highly preferred.
