The Role: Material Handler/Waste Sorter

As a Material Handler at Syycle, you will be responsible for sorting and recycling construction materials from a moving conveyor belt. Your tasks will include working in an enclosed environment, picking materials such as brick, rubble, and untreated timber, and pushing them into designated shoots. You will also carry out routine maintenance of machines to ensure equipment is oiled and operating at best capacity.

Your Everyday Tasks:

  • Work in an enclosed environment, sorting and recycling construction materials from a moving conveyor belt.
  • Perform routine maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position or role.
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
  • Ability to work alongside others as part of a team.
