Key Responsibilities- Successfully source, build, and maintain talent pipelines to support the growth of our Technology team.
- Develop and maintain candidate relationships to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Provide exceptional services to internal stakeholders, candidates, and clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment operational procedures, candidate records, data entry, and compliance on internal databases.
- Stay up-to-date with external market trends, including market rates and opportunity identification, to ensure we are competitive and attractive to top talent.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of State and Federal Government labour hire schemes, as well as the Technology and ICT job market within the government sector.
- Previous ICT resourcing experience, with a strong understanding of the Technology and ICT job market.
- A tertiary qualification, preferably in a related field.
- Knowledge of State and Federal Government recruitment processes, including labour hire schemes.
- Experience using Vendor Management Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and SEEK Premium.
- Previous experience using Salesforce is highly desirable.
