The Role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team for the implementation of projects within the EPC business unit. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design plans, drawings, layouts, and procurement of materials and equipment to complete projects, from concept through design, construction, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare detailed design work to meet engineering specifications and comply with relevant statutory, OHSW, and environmental requirements.
  2. Support tender processes and provide basic estimate support.
  3. Procurement of materials and equipment.
  4. Customer, contractor, and supplier liaison.
  5. Provide support to testing and commissioning activities.

Requirements

  1. A degree qualification in mechanical engineering.
  2. Industrial, heavy industry, or power generation experience.
  3. Junior to mid-level mechanical engineering experience.
  4. MS Office proficiency.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Reporting writing skills.
  7. Natural initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Driver's License (essential).
