Leadership Position: Head of Community Engagement

  • Ensure timely and responsive support for young people and their families by effectively leading the Customer Experience team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to develop a consistent approach to mental health and wellbeing support for young people in the Tweed and surrounding areas.
  • Plan and execute community outreach programs alongside the Community Engagement Team that meet the unique needs of different communities.

You will be responsible for managing a dynamic team, expanding your professional network through collaboration with community-based organizations, and enhancing your skill set through diverse and meaningful work.
