About the OpportunityThis is a permanent, full-time position primarily based on the Gold Coast, with diverse workload opportunities and specialist areas for further training in MRI & CT.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver compassionate patient care while prioritizing patient welfare and confidentiality.
- Interpret radiological requests and perform procedures in compliance with legislation and departmental policies.
- Maintain optimal image quality, ensuring examinations provide relevant diagnostic information for clinical requirements.
- Commit to continuous improvement through maintaining current knowledge and upskilling in new techniques and advancements.
- Prior experience as a Radiographer in General X-Ray and CT is required.
- You must hold qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography and have a current AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use License.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to high-quality patient-centered care are essential.
