Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sustainable Finance Professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our lending offerings across consumer and commercial lending.

This individual will be responsible for evolving our lending products in a way that keeps us market-leading in clean energy finance, innovating across product structure, pricing, risk design, and platform experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal experts to ensure compliance, product governance, and responsible lending practices are embedded from day one.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of our suite of lending products.
  • Deeply understand customer segments, regulatory context, credit risk levers, and commercial goals to shape finance products that balance customer value and business impact.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to ensure compliance, product governance, and responsible lending practices are embedded from day one.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years experience of product management experience, ideally in finance, energy, or embedded lending environments.
  • Passionate about designing products that enable a sustainable future, with a strong grasp of affordability drivers in the clean energy space.
  • Understand consumer credit, risk trade-offs, and compliance principles.
  • Pragmatic, commercially savvy, and data-informed, able to balance operational delivery with long-term platform thinking.
