About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ETF Product Developer to join our team in Asia Pacific. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for constructing indices and structuring products that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop business cases, design product features, and own the governance process for new product launches.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct business analysis and manage a range of product-related projects in varying sizes.
  • Proactively look after the existing range of products across both funds and ETFs, analyzing and proposing changes to their pricing, positioning, and operating models.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with key external and internal clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' related experience in product development, project management, business analysis, capital markets, index provider, portfolio management, or fund operations.
  • Knowledge of the investment markets of Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan as it relates to product development and management.
  • Previous experience with ETFs is mandatory.
