Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pizza Delivery Associate to join our team in Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering excellent customer service. As a Pizza Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering pizzas and other products to customers in a timely and safe manner.
  • Providing quality customer service at the door, including handling customer complaints and feedback.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle or scooter, adhering to Domino's high standards of presentation and safety.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid driver's license (for car or scooter) or a valid Learner's Permit or Driver's Licence for E-Bike riders.
  • An iPhone or Android phone to access Domino's systems and communicate with customers.
  • Access to a car (if the store does not have ebikes/scooters/company car available).
