The Role:

This Regulatory Associate position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our hygiene products by navigating the regulatory landscape. You'll work closely with our R&D team to ensure our innovative products meet regulatory requirements, influencing our global presence in the process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret and implement regulations, ensuring industry compliance and fostering collaboration with trade associations.
- Engage with our resources to influence favorable legislation, contributing to the development of industry standards.
- Participate in diverse projects, understanding regulatory necessities and remaining alert to project advancements and benefits.
- Manage updates and actions effectively, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

About You:

We're seeking a proactive individual with at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs. Your skills include multitasking, executing tasks under pressure, and making objective decisions when faced with complex issues. You should possess business acumen, commercial awareness, and the ability to cultivate insights from consumer interactions.

You'll be working closely with teams across various functions, fostering an environment of partnership building. Your adaptability to technological changes will be complemented by a mindset that seeks to improve and advance current processes. Experience with product lifecycle management, intellectual property, and innovative workflows is essential.
