Job Title

Leading Condition Monitoring and Lubrication Team.

Seeking a results-driven professional to supervise the condition monitoring and lubrication of fixed plant equipment. As the ideal candidate, you will lead a high-performing team to ensure efficient operation and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of technicians to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement effective condition monitoring and lubrication strategies for fixed plant equipment.
  • Utilize vibration analysis and lubrication best practices to prevent equipment failure and enhance overall performance.
  • Coordinate work to meet planned schedules and operational targets.
  • Provide technical guidance, review work quality, and coach team members to improve skills.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to resolve equipment issues.
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and team engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role or leading a team.
  • Strong people management skills and ability to foster an inclusive culture.
  • Experience in condition monitoring or lubrication within a fixed plant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, fixed plant equipment, and CMMS systems (SAP preferred).
  • Exposure to vibration analysis software, grease, and hydraulic systems.
  • Relevant trade qualification or tertiary education.
  • Category II Vibration Analyst certification (desirable, minimum Cat II training).
