About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team at Polyaire Air Conditioning Products in North Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, or Hervey Bay Regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose faults, malfunctions, and breakdowns, and execute repairs with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide essential warranty support and technical expertise to customers and internal teams.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes and meet customer expectations.
  • Deliver expert technical support to customers and the Sales Team, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Uphold rigorous safety standards as outlined in company policies, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others.
Requirements
  • Trade Qualification – Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
  • Dual Trade Qualification (Refrigeration/Electrical Restricted) – highly regarded.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Experience handling breakdowns and maintenance across a variety of HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
