About the Role

Total Tools is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a well-presented store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide expert advice and information on products to customers
  • Support customer queries and offer solutions to meet their needs
  • Maintain store displays and ensure a high level of visual merchandising
  • Process and maintain customer orders in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Previous retail and/or trade experience
  • Strong understanding and passion for tools and trades
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays
