About Our Role

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Personal Care Workers to join our team in providing quality care to residents. This role involves providing direct support, guidance, and care to residents in accordance with best practice standards.

Our Personal Care Workers are responsible for establishing positive relationships with residents and working collaboratively within a team environment with respect, integrity, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, be flexible to work available shifts on short notice, and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
