Join Our Westfield Team - Concierge Attendant Role

This festive season, we're on the hunt for charismatic individuals to support our car park, concierge and valet services at Westfield Centres in Australia.

We're looking for friendly team members who thrive in creating memorable experiences. As a Concierge Attendant, you'll be the face of our centre and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk and assist with their needs
  • Provide directions and helpful solutions
  • Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards

You'll also need to be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
