Job Description:

We are seeking a professional to provide expert environmental advice and support across various projects. The role involves working closely with engineers, contractors, and client representatives to ensure best project outcomes and compliance with environmental approvals and regulator requirements.

Key responsibilities include facilitating collaborative performance and reporting frameworks, driving implementation of project CEMP and EMS, defining, assessing, and mitigating environmental risks, and advising on sub-contractor management.

The successful candidate will have experience in environmental compliance, natural resource management, and a strong understanding of key environmental and social risks associated with natural resources projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Commonwealth environmental approvals framework
  • Experience in environmental compliance and risk management
  • Strong communication, stakeholder relationship, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or related fields
