As a Tax Accountant at Atlas Partners, you will be responsible for assisting the group and its associated entities in preparing financial statements and associated reconciliations. This will involve preparing and coordinating reports and financials for all group entities, as well as supporting the Accounting function by preparing the tax calculation for inclusion in the group's accounting records.
You will also provide day-to-day assistance to the group, enabling the provision of advice to stakeholders on a range of taxation queries. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of activity statements and liaise and manage relationships with relevant taxation authorities.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in an Accounting/Tax role dealing with both corporate and family office affairs. You will also need tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, such as Accounting, Business, or Commerce (CA or CPA qualified preferred).
Strong tax accounting and technical knowledge are essential, as well as being a self-motivated and strong team player. If you have a passion for tax and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
