About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our Round the World team at Flight Centre. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and coordinating complex travel itineraries for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on airfares, flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance, and other travel-related services.
- Work closely with customers to create personalized travel itineraries that meet their needs and budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide the best possible solutions for customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to achieve incentives and rewards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of airfares, flights, and travel-related services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in GDS systems and complex computer systems.
