About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Contract Administrator to join our team in Armadale, Western Australia. This role will involve assisting with procurement, contract administration, and optimizing margin while protecting the company from commercial risks.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver the commercial requirements of the project
- Ensure accurate and timely weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting of project costs
- Maintain registers and productivity on the project while adhering to our safety policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying with experience working in a similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract management, financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation, and administration
- Intermediate-level experience in a similar role, ideally with Tier 1 construction contractor companies
- Experience with procurement of subcontract packages
- High-level technical and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- A results-driven and collaborative approach to work
