### Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical care to residents, including assessing their health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
* Conduct thorough health assessments, maintain accurate medical records, and document changes in residents' health conditions.
* Address pain concerns and implement pain management strategies.
* Be prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinate the response as necessary.
### Skills and Experience
* Current AHPRA Registration.
* Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
* Adaptable, passionate, and willingness to learn.
* Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
* Friendly and effective communication abilities.
