In this exciting role, you will play a key part in ensuring the high-quality delivery of installations and maintenance work across regional and remote Australia.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying high volumes of data submitted by contractors and technicians.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify that installations meet required quality and compliance standards.
  • Review and finalize invoicing to ensure accurate and efficient billing.
  • Communicate with contractors via phone and email to resolve queries and gather additional information as needed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong attention to detail and efficient processing skills. You will also require confidence to communicate effectively over the phone and through emails, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
