About the Role
CyOS Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of technical projects and services. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical execution, managing technical teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business analysis.
- Manage project scope from inception to closure.
- Define, develop, and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.
- Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off, and ensure effective completion of project milestones.
- Ensure project consultants deliver to configuration, development, and methodology standards.
- Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost-effective.
- Provide technical direction and leadership.
- Ensure technical teams adhere to industry best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Lead and manage technical teams, including developers, engineers, and other technical professionals.
- Identify and manage risks related to technical delivery.
- Provide technical expertise and support teams to solve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints, and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.
- Minimum 3+ years of significant knowledge and experience implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT Environment.
- And/or Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT Environment.
