Key Responsibilities
  • Service and Maintenance: Conduct repairs and maintenance on diverse refrigeration and air conditioning units.
  • Client Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prioritization: Assess job priorities and adhere to deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Documentation: Compile and submit necessary paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
  • Callouts: Respond to service calls as per the established schedule.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest HVAC advancements and market trends.
  • Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of conduct and adhere to all company and client health, safety, environment, and quality policies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service.
  • Current Refrigeration License.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Current Working at Heights certification.
  • Australian Restricted Electrical License.
  • Current MSIC or ability to obtain.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
