**About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Liverpool, serving a diverse client base spanning from children to adults with various physical and intellectual disabilities.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will collaborate with clients, conduct assessments, develop personalized plans, and provide therapy and assistive technology recommendations.

Our mission is to empower clients to achieve their goals through flexible care delivery in clients' homes and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services.
  • Develop and implement client plans, ensuring effective monitoring and reviews.
  • Conduct home and community visits as required, providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

**Our Benefits

**Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be currently registered with AHPRA, passionate about supporting people with disabilities, and committed to delivering evidence-based practice frameworks.

You should also possess effective time management skills, a current driver's license, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
