Agribusiness Director Opportunity

We are seeking a senior professional to join our high-performing Valuation & Advisory Services team based in Perth. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across various rural property types, including dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, post farm gate infrastructure, and water entitlements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and value a broad range of agribusiness-based properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with quality private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients.
  • Deliver high-quality valuation services and contribute to a best-in-class delivery and quality assurance platform.
  • Collaborate extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team and travel to regional/remote areas of WA.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive business development and client engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with other service lines across the organization and complete valuation work for mutual clients.
  • Identify and refer opportunities to other geographic locations and product lines.
Qualifications:
  • An Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years' experience post CPV qualification.
  • A strong ability to build business relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • A valid Australian driver's license.
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills to generate information that informs sound business decisions.
