About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lecturer in Midwifery at the University of Canberra.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate undergraduate and postgraduate course material in Midwifery.
  • Prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, tutorials, practical classes, demonstrations, and workshops.
  • Provide effective communication with students and staff, including pastoral care.
Requirements
  • Completion or near completion of a PhD in Midwifery or a related field.
  • Current unconditional registration as a Midwife with AHPRA.
  • Extensive clinical experience in midwifery.
  • High level interpersonal skills and experience in teaching.
