Enrolled Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Mental Health Recovery Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality clinical services to consumers in need.

About the Role:

  • Provide hands-on care to consumers, including assisting with personal hygiene, administering medications within scope, monitoring vital signs, and observing changes in condition.
  • Ensure all actions are within the scope of practice for Enrolled Nurses, as outlined by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for consumers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that promote recovery and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Legal Australian working rights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
