The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer to join our dynamic certification team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply their engineering knowledge and skills to contribute to the creation of cutting-edge solutions that enhance the performance, functionality, and safety of rotary and fixed-wing aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the engineering team in high-quality compliance research, staying up to date with regulatory and advisory materials.
  • Be accountable for submitting high-quality work that is accurate and meets quality standards.
  • Assist with certification and design documentation.
  • Be responsible for the compliance verification of modifications and equipment.
  • Produce routine reports and documents from standard templates.
  • Report and process non-conformities.
  • Support the production team as required.
  • Maintain a professional and high standard of communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree (or higher) in aeronautical, aerospace, mechanical, mechatronic, computing, software, or electrical engineering.
  • 0 to 2 years of post-graduate engineering experience.
  • The energy, intelligence, and initiative to proactively overcome industries' toughest challenges.
  • The creativity, curiosity, and open-mindedness to explore alternative approaches, question conventional thinking, and adapt to change.
  • The people skills and collaborative focus that brings out the best in yourself and others within small, dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams.
