We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at a leading mental health service provider. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be a pivotal part of shaping the future of mental health services.

This is a patient-facing clinical position where you will see customers and others who wish to utilise our services. You will have the opportunity to drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental health journeys throughout Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies
  • Develop personalised treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growth
  • Coordinate with external providers to fulfil service requests within an established procedural framework

This is a permanent position that can adapt to your current schedule, from 2 – 5 days per week. Want to work ½ days? That is something we can also consider – please reach out to discuss.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master's/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care
  • 5+ years of recent clinical experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services
  • Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery
