We're seeking a skilled Operations Technician to join our team in Mackay, Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth production of roofing and wall cladding materials using 100% Australian-made steel.

As an Operations Technician, you'll be responsible for:

  • Setting up, adjusting, and operating machinery to produce high-quality roofing and steel products
  • Learning to read and interpret detailed orders and drawings for production
  • Monitoring product quality to ensure finished products meet our high standards
  • Providing support to other departments as needed

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment or a willingness to learn
  • The ability to learn how to drive a forklift
  • A positive attitude and attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to your own safety and wellbeing, as well as the safety of your colleagues
