At our educational institution, we are seeking a skilled Marketing and Events Coordinator to play a key role in promoting the school's brand and achievements. This exciting opportunity will involve developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, coordinating special events and ceremonies, and collaborating with staff and stakeholders to enhance school visibility and engagement.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and events, excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. They will also be responsible for managing website content, newsletters, and yearbook publications, as well as overseeing the school's social media presence.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the school's brand and achievements.
  • Coordinate and manage special events and ceremonies, including planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to enhance school visibility and engagement through various channels.
  • Manage and maintain the school's social media presence, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information.
Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing and events experience.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in Canva and social media management.
  • Event planning and coordination skills.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capability to perform general administration duties.
Working Arrangements

We offer a flexible working arrangement that allows you to balance your work and personal life. The successful candidate will need to be able to work evenings, but there is no requirement for overnight stays or extensive travel.
