Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to provide high-quality care and support to our clients. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care services that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing individualized care and support to clients in line with their personalized care plans.
  • Assisting clients to develop skills and abilities that promote their independence.
  • Attending to clients' personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and other daily activities.
  • Assisting clients with their medication requirements in a safe and timely manner.
  • Collaborating with the care team to deliver holistic care services that meet the diverse needs of clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualifications, including Certificate III in Individual Support or a related field.
  • Current vaccinations against influenza and COVID-19.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a varied roster, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
