Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Workshop Assistant to join our service team in the workshop.

The key responsibilities of this role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing support in the assembly and predelivery of new and used machines
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workshop facility
  • Assisting Service Technicians when required
  • Performing day-to-day yard duties including moving machines and unloading containers
  • Ensuring the collection, delivery and distribution of parts to Field Service Technicians

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Possess a current and valid Forklift ticket
  • Previous experience in a mechanical workshop or environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to respond to and satisfy customer requests
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise fluctuating workloads
  • Demonstrated strong customer service focus and dedication to work ethic
